Coordinate Reporting:
- Court Order/Probation/Parole: Arrive as directed on the order.
- Self-Surrender: Call the Labette County Sheriff's Office at 620-795-2997 to schedule sanction date and arrival time (e.g., 8:00 AM). You must coordinate with Jail Administration prior to serving your time; failure to call may result in being turned away.

- Required: Valid ID, court documents, all prescription medications (in original containers with valid prescriptions), and necessary medical devices (e.g., CPAP, insulin pumps, glasses). Cash is recommended for commissary and phone usage while in custody.
- Prohibited: No outside clothing, electronics, valuables, or other contraband is allowed while serving the ordered sentence / sanction. Personal items are stored during intake.
Intake Process: Upon arrival, expect 1 - 2 hours for fingerprinting, medical screening, and housing assignment. Prescribed medications and devices will be reviewed to ensure continuity of care and compliance with jail standards.
Serving the Sanction: Serve the term as ordered. Follow the jail's schedule (meals, recreation). Programs like education or counseling may be available. Inmates can purchase necessary comfort items from the approved commissary while serving their time in the facility. See the Inmate Commissary and Funds for more information.
