Oswego Courthouse

The Labette County Courthouse in Oswego, Kansas, serves as the county seat location for the Labette County District Court in the 11th Judicial District. Located at 417 Merchant Street, Oswego, KS 67356, court is held on the 3rd Floor of the building. This location offers limited court services compared to the Parsons Judicial Center and primarily handles traffic cases, fish and game violations, and limited criminal matters. Court is held once a month, generally on the 3rd Thursday.

Visitors to the courtroom should be prepared for standard courthouse security screening upon entry, which includes passing through metal detectors with all individuals and items subject to search; weapons, firearms (except for authorized law enforcement), and other prohibited items are strictly banned on the premises.
