Friends and Family Visitations
Schedule a visit at least 48 hours in advance; Visit NCIC to sign up
Visitor Approval & Scheduling
- All visitors must be approved in advance before scheduling an in-person visit.
- Only immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, and children) are allowed to visit in-person.
- In-Person Visitations are for immediate family only and require photo ID and proof of relationship prior to visiting
Onsite visiting hours:
- Sun: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Mon-Sat: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (closed 11:30-12:30 & 4:30-5:30)
- Each inmate is allowed one 30-minute in-person visit per calendar week.
- Splitting the visitation time is not permitted.
Arrival, Check-in & Identification:
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled visit to allow time for check-in.
- All visitors must:
- Present a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID
- Sign the visitation log
Children & Supervision:
- Only one adult visitor is permitted per visit.
- Visitors must be 18 years of age or older or be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or immediate family member.
- Children must remain with their parent at all times; parents are fully responsible for their behavior.
- Children cannot be left unattended in the lobby.
Conduct & Prohibited Behavior:
- Profanity, loud/disruptive behavior, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
- No former inmates may visit within 6 months of release.
- No visitation by co-defendants or victims is permitted.
- Revealing clothing is not allowed, and visitors may not lift or remove clothing to expose body parts.
- No shorts/skirts above mid-thigh when seated
- No transparent, low-cut, halter, crop, or tube tops
- Footwear (shoes, sandals, boots) must be worn at all times
- All visitors must remain fully and properly dressed
Security & Property Guidelines:
No electronic devices are allowed during visitation. This includes, but is not limited to: cell phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers, smartwatches, and audio or video recording devices.
- All personal items must be secured in the visitor's vehicle.
- Do not leave personal property in the lobby or visitation area.
- Visitors may not bring any articles for an inmate without prior permission.
Denial or Termination of Visitation
A visit may be denied, suspended, or terminated under the following circumstances:
- Visitor is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Visitor produces false or insufficient identification
- Behavior is disruptive or damaging to county property
- Dress code is violated, or visitor engages in indecent exposure
- Use or possession of unauthorized electronic devices
- Safety or security risks arise (e.g., power loss, riot, weather)
Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate termination of the visit and may lead to suspension of visitation privileges for the inmate.
Video Visitation
Remote video visitation remains available to ALL approved visitors through NCIC. This flexible option continues to serve those who are not eligible for onsite visits or prefer to visit remotely.
Professional Visitations
Attorney/inmate visitation is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
