Labette County Judicial Center

The Labette County Judicial Center - Parsons location, serves as one of two facilities for the Labette County District Court in southeast Kansas's 11th Judicial District. Located at 201 S. Central Avenue, Parsons, KS 67357, the center handles a full range of cases including civil, criminal, domestic, probate, juvenile, small claims, and adoptions.

It operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (open through lunch), with contact numbers (620) 421-4120 for general inquiries.

Visitors should be prepared for standard courthouse security screening upon entry, which includes passing through metal detectors with all individuals and items subject to search; weapons, firearms (except for authorized law enforcement), and other prohibited items are strictly banned on the premises. Cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted in the courtrooms- those entering will ask to secure these devices in their vehicles, or they will be surrendered for safe keeping at the security desk.
