On July 30, 2026, Tyller White was transferred from the Labette County Jail to a federal holding facility where he will remain in custody pending his appearance in federal court. 

As this matter is now under federal jurisdiction, any additional information regarding the case or future court proceedings should be directed to the appropriate federal authorities.
