Arrest for Breach of Privacy and Official Misconduct

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

On July 25, 2026, at approximately 2:18 a.m., deputies with the Labette County Sheriffs Office responded to a report of an individual allegedly videotaping a female juvenile in a bathroom. During the course of the investigation, investigators collected video evidence. Based on the evidence obtained, Tyller White was arrested and booked on the following alleged charges: 

• KSA 21-6101- Breach of Privacy
• KSA 21-6002(a)(5) - Official Misconduct

This investigation remains ongoing, and additional information may be released as it becomes available.

All suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
