STOLEN PROPERTY FROM 2 STATES RECOVERD                               

On 10/20/2020 Detectives from the Labette County Sheriff's Office received information on the location of stolen property in Chetopa Ks.

At 3:29 pm Officers from the Labette County Sheriff's Office & the Chetopa Police Dept. executed a search warrant at 1305 Franklin St. Chetopa Ks. The Ronnie Butler residence. During the search of the residence officers located numerous stolen households & workshop items, along with 2 stolen Wave Runners, 2 stolen four wheelers & 1 side x side. At this time officers have identified stolen items from Kansas & Oklahoma that covers 11 different jurisdictions. During the search warrant officers arrested Ronnie J. Butler. Butler is currently incarcerated at the Labette County Sheriff's Office for possession of stolen property and probation violation.  Estimated value of the stolen property will exceed several thousand dollars.
