Burglary Suspect in Custody

On February 18 at 1:15 p.m. Deputies responded to a burglary in progress at 705 Main St. in Bartlett, Ks. The victim stated that she was watching the subject remove items from her residence via the Ring app on her phone. The victim was able to identify the individual as Bryce Phillips.

During the investigation officers were able to return the stolen items to the owner, and placed Bryce Phillips under arrest for burglary& theft.
